  • Introduction to cylindrical mirrors

Cylindrical mirrors can converge light into a single line in one direction, as shown in Figure 1, and are widely used in various fields such as optical detection, beam shaping, and LiDAR.

  • Detection principle

This product is based on the principle of compensating interference detection, which converts parallel light through cylindrical computed holography (CGH Cylinder Nulls) into cylindrical wavefront, thereby achieving cylindrical surface shape detection. The working schematic is shown in Figure 2:

  • Product model

There are four types of cylindrical CGH, with the 2-inch and 3-inch CGH models having a square graphic area; The CGH graphic area for 4-inch and 6-inch models is circular, and specific models and key parameters are shown in Figures 3 and 4.

  • Adjustment bracket

CGH needs to be used in conjunction with a multi-dimensional precision adjustment frame to form the "CGH Adjustment Frame" kit. The schematic diagram and key dimension annotation diagram of the CGH adjustment frame are shown in Figure 5, and the key parameters of the adjustment frame are shown in Table 1.
