Shenzhen Institute of Metrology and Quality Testing is a statutory technical service institution in Shenzhen, with a total equipment quantity of over 28000 units and a total value of over 891 million yuan. It has obtained a total of 8546 laboratory recognized/qualified qualifications. At present, Shenzhen Testing Institute has been approved to build a National Market Supervision Technology Innovation Center (Intelligent Optoelectronic Sensing), in cooperation with Shenzhen University and Hubei Fangyuan, to create a Quality Basic Technology (NQI) support platform for the high-quality development of intelligent sensors. Integrating industry, academia, and research from basic research, key common technology research, and QI technology research to promote the transformation and application demonstration of achievements, and accelerate the industrialization and marketization of innovative achievements.

At the second meeting of the first council of the Shenzhen Intelligent Sensing Industry Association held on August 22nd, Dr. Guo Jiping, the director of the Technology Research and Development Center of Shenzhen Testing Institute, as the vice president unit of the association, shared relevant business and service content and announced that a vehicle mounted LiDAR calibration testing field is being established to provide public technology and industrial services for LiDAR enterprises. The Shenzhen Intelligent Sensor Industry Association is a non-profit industry organization established under the guidance of the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and with the approval of the Civil Affairs Bureau, to implement the spirit of the "20+8" industrial cluster cultivation and development in Shenzhen and the "Shenzhen Action Plan for Cultivating and Developing Intelligent Sensor Industry Clusters (2022-2025)" and other relevant documents, accelerate the promotion of the "one cluster, one association" work. Guangming Phoenix Square is located in the gateway area of Phoenix City, one of the key areas in Shenzhen, 600 meters away from the sightseeing station of Line 6. Intelligent Sensing New Industrial Community Industrial Upstairs Project in the Greater Bay Area (Rolling Stock Depot Area of Line 13)
The Greater Bay Area Intelligent Sensing New Industrial Community Industrial Upstairs Project (Rail Line 13 Vehicle Depot Area) is located in Fenghuang Street, Guangming District. The total investment of the project is 53.6 billion yuan, covering an area of 1.95 square kilometers. According to the design requirements of "Industrial Upstairs" with large standard floors, high load capacity, wide column network, and multiple cargo elevators, it contributes 1.975 million square meters of high-quality industrial space. The first phase investment is 8.19 billion yuan, and the first phase industrial space is 320000 square meters. The main construction content includes factory buildings, dormitories, and other public supporting facilities, which are expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
